Conference Registration

Registration costs for IVCNZ 2009 are as follows (all prices are in New Zealand dollars, and include GST):

Full registration entitles attendance at all sessions, and to present up to two papers. Student registration entitles attendance at all sessions, and to present up to one paper. Authors may present additional papers beyond this allowance through payment of the additional paper fee. Papers with no registered presenter will be withdrawn from the conference.

Both full and student registrations include morning and afternoon teas, lunches, and one ticket for the conference dinner. To be eligible for student registration, you must be a full-time tertiary student, and your resistration form must be certified by your supervisor of studies or head of department.

Refund policy

For authors, no refund is provided
For general attendees, if the registration is cancelled prior to 9 November, full repayment less NZ$100 administration fee will be refunded.
After 9 November, no refund is available. Registration may be transferred to another delegate.
